By signing this Waiver and Release of Liability, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself and any participating minors under my care: Assumption of RiskI understand that participation in the Easter Egg Hunt involves outdoor activities that may include, but are not limited to, walking, running, bending, and retrieving objects from the ground. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to tripping, falling, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or choking hazards related to the consumption of candy or other edible prizes. Medical Conditions and AllergiesI acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that I and any minors under my care are medically and physically able to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt. I understand that some eggs may contain candy or other edible prizes that could pose risks to individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions. I accept full responsibility for reviewing the contents of any eggs collected before allowing consumption. Release and Waiver of LiabilityI, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Camp Wanago Corp., its employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the Easter Egg Hunt, including but not limited to negligence. Supervision of MinorsI understand that all children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times during the event. Camp Wanago Corp. is not responsible for the supervision of children outside of the event’s designated areas. Photo/Video ReleaseI grant permission for Camp Wanago Corp. to use photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If I do not wish to have my image or that of my child used, I will notify event organizers in writing prior to the event. Emergency Medical TreatmentIn the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Camp Wanago Corp. staff or volunteers to seek necessary medical treatment for myself or any participating minors under my care. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred. Acknowledgment of UnderstandingI have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing it voluntarily and that I am legally responsible for myself and any minors in my care participating in the Easter Egg Hunt.
