Liability Waiver *

Waiver and Release of Liability I, the undersigned participant or legal guardian of the participant (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for the Participant's participation in activities organized by Camp Wanago:: Assumption of Risks: I am aware that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of the Participant. Health and Medical Information: I confirm that the Participant is physically and mentally capable of participating in the camp activities. I agree to inform Camp Wanago of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health information. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Camp Wanago staff to seek and consent to necessary medical treatment for the Participant. I understand that efforts will be made to contact the emergency contacts provided. Release and Waiver: I, on behalf of the Participant, release and discharge Camp Wanago, its employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant during or arising out of camp activities. Photography and Publicity: I grant Camp Wanago the right to use photographs, videos, or other likenesses of the Participant for promotional purposes without compensation. Code of Conduct: I understand that the Participant is expected to adhere to the camp's rules. Camp Wanago reserves the right to dismiss any participant who does not comply without refund. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
